Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power machinery (concrete saws, vibrators, power trowels).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on knees for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
