Administrative Assistant
Tileco SM is looking for a sharp, creative, energetic and computer savvy individual with good communication skills to assist the Showroom Manager and Design Associates. We are looking for a person who takes direction well, can wear a number of hats and is able to perform competently on both daily routine tasks and special projects. Assistant must be able to work all assigned hours around 35 hours per week.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Organize and label samples
- Assist with setting up tile samples and displays
- Work on spreadsheets, pricing out quotes, handling daily cash and credit card transactions
- Answer phones

Receptionist/Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Data entry and computer skills
- Customer Service experience
- Passion for the home improvement industry
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties
- Basic office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures in fast past environment
- Engage in physical activity to maintain tile displays and stand for long periods of time

- Clean DMV record
