This is a really hard to find spot. It has its own private entrance in a great location right across from Bella Terra. You get your own little patio with a grill. Its a fully furnished studio like room just for one person. Everything inside is brand new. The room has its own bathroom.
You dont use the rest of the house or the main kitchen. But it comes with a mini fridge a microwave and an air fryer so youre all set.
This is best for someone who is quiet and clean and doesnt bring the party home. If a couple wants to rent it the price is $550 dollars.
The place is on the west side of Santa Maria. The neighborhood has quiet streets and is near shops and parks. Theres a lot of farmland around too. It has a real relaxed central coast vibe.
You are close to Highway 101 for getting around. The beach is only about a 20 or 25 minute drive away.
