Looking for responsible and professional person to rent a room in our 4 bedroom 2 bath house. House is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood on the South side of Lompoc. You will have your own private room and share the bathroom with two others.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room (must clean up after each use). You will need to take part in keeping the common areas and the shared bathroom clean.
Street parking only, which is abundant.
Rent is $800 per month, which includes all utilities (gas, water, electric, trash and internet), with a washer and dryer on site. Security deposit is $800. Willing to accept animals with additional deposit
Room measure approximately 11’x9’.
Room does not come furnished
FYI house is currently occupied by all males.
We are all working professionals that wake up at 5am for work. We all mostly keep to ourselves.
Must like dogs. Don’t mind dogs barking.
There are currently 3 dogs in the house.
Would like someone who has a full time job and would want to stay long term.
No smoking, no drugs or excessive drinking. No parties.
