Full house access including kitchen and living room.
The pics make the room look cluttered but his stuff will be out on the 1st.
The house has 2 pets already, so unfortunately I can't have anymore animals. Single people preferred but couples okay.
Bonuses. I love to cook, and often cook meals for me and my roommates as long as you are willing to chip in for it.
You are welcome to use the home theater when I am not using it.
The house is kept clean. There is a dishwasher for the dishes to help.
I cover all utilities.
