Retail Associates support Unity Shoppe’s distribution center in Lompoc . The main job is to deliver quality customer service, while ensuring a positive shopping experience and maintaining efficient work flow between warehouse and retail areas. You will work with staff, volunteers, and clients to keep daily operations running smoothly. Occasional driving and ride along required to pick up donations. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and clean driving record.
