It needs to be sealed.
it fogged up and was moist inside when it rained so we replaced it.
if you know how to seal it maybe that will fix the problem.
Everything still worked when it was replaced
the light moves and turns with the steering wheel...
the new cost of these headlights is over $2,000 apiece...its mindboggling
