Responsibilities
-Greet and register patients in a professional, friendly manner
-Verify insurance information and eligibility
-Good Communication skills with patients in person and clients by phone.
-Patient appointment scheduling
-Process patient payments
Qualifications
-Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
-Attention to details. Ability to take detailed messages
- Be Reliable
-Must have computer skills and ability to learn practice management software.
- Previous medical office experience a plus but not mandatory.
