Spherion Staffing is looking for a few dependable, hardworking individuals for a quick overnight project with our client at a few grocery stores right here in the Central Valley.

📅 Schedule & Hours:
Schedule: Sunday (7/19) - Thursday (7/23)
Shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM each night
Work Locations:
- Atascadero
- Lompoc
- Buellton
- Goleta
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be helping transition a local grocery store over to digital pricing tags.
Tasks include:
- Unboxing electronic shelf label kits and organizing materials.
- Removing old paper price tags from the grocery shelves.
- Installing new plastic strips, digital shelf tags, and associating them with specific departments.
- Cleaning up your workspace, taking trash to the dumpster, and palletizing excess materials.
💪 Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and be on your feet for the full 8-hour overnight shift.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to speak, hear, read, and follow basic layout instructions.
No personal cell phone use while working on the store floor.
👕 Dress Code (Required for Entry):
Because you will be working inside a major retail store, you must arrive in the following attire (no exceptions):
- Pants: Clean, long pants without holes/tears/wear. (No sweatpants, shorts, capris, or sagging).
- Tops: Clean polo, button-down, or standard T-shirt. (No sleeveless shirts, tank tops, or hoodies. No offensive/political graphics).
- Footwear: Closed-toe shoes/sneakers only. (No sandals, clogs, or open-toe shoes).
- Headwear: No hats, hoods, bandanas, or head coverings allowed on the floor.
