Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll gain valuable on-the-job training while assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities
Assist HVAC and refrigeration technicians with service, maintenance, and installations.
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Safely operate tools and equipment while following company safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
Participate in training and develop technical skills for career advancement.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
HVAC trade school or previous construction/mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to pass background and drug testing.
