We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assemblers to join our team in Santa Maria. Our company specializes in assembling wooden reels, and we’re looking for team members who can work with hand tools and enjoy hands-on work in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble wooden reels according to specifications.
Use hand tools safely and effectively.
Measure, cut, and fit wood components as needed.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Ability to use basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, drill, etc.).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
Prior assembly or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required.
