This position reports to Food and Beverage Manager.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare food by following recipes or at the direction of supervisor.
Maintain safe and sanitary work conditions throughout the kitchen.
Unload and put away ingredients and products.
Receive product and maintain kitchen area.
Package, date and rotate all products.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Prior experience in a high production kitchen.
Able to follow instructions and established procedures.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other team members and leadership.
Able to communicate, read and comprehend instructions in English.
Reliable and punctual.
Neat and clean in appearance.
Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays.
Must be able to acquire a California food handlers card 30 days from hire date.
Pay from $13.00 to $15 per hour depending on proven experience.
